yeah, we used to use Guilded as a Discord alternative and one of the big Discord communities we are in grew up there. Then 2 years ago, Guilded announced they were going to turn their authentication over to Roblox, so you had to have a Roblox password to sign in and use Guilded. We all said no at the time and left Guilded for Discord. Course Discord is no angel either, but we felt it was better than dealing with Roblox.
MD and I had friends at the time who scoffed at us about it, claiming their son used roblox and it wasn't bad and this was all hype.
I haven't asked this guy what he thinks now that all the stuff has come out about Roblox. I do wonder if he's quietly changed his tune
